An International Professional Early Child Education (PECE) Program/School/Institution: The PECE is an integral fourfold education and development institution via an uninterrupted Learning Management System(PECE-FP: A. Personal Development, B. General Education, C. Basic Education, D. Science Education E. International Law F. PECE Core Evaluation Programs (including licensure and organizational development) as follows;
