The International School of Social Administration (ISSAD) is the world's leading Social Administrators program for supra-national anthropic development: development of nations, via full development of the families that make up the societies of nations in conformity with the international imprimatur (UDHR Art 16 part3), which states that the family is the natural and fundamental group unit of the society, entitled to protection by the society and the state. 

Hence, as a leading Social Administration program, ISSAD is the International Family Education Counselorship school for the superintendence of all especial FEA (Family Econometric Analysis of Services) services at the FEDCs – Family Education Centers (FEDCs are Strong Institutions of the NAD Program: SDG-16 ). These services are listed under the FEA details below. The standard training program for Family Education Counsellors (FECs) as leading Social Administrators and Entrepreneurs  per the FEDC's Supra-National Anthropic Development contrive is as follows;
  • Detailed Personal Development Training Program in conformity with/to A/RES/41/128 is based on the Alpha2000 map, further elaborated to the following delineations;
  • Postindustrial Education, training and certification education program
  • International Family Education Counsellorship Training Program Pack is the Family Education Advisory (FEA) program designed to preface and foreground the family maturation detail. UDHR Art 26.
  • International Marriage Education Counsellor/Counsellorship Training for sustainable development, communities, cities and nations-UDHR Art 16.
  • International Professional Early-Child Education (PECE) for supra-national stability & emergence in abidance with quality education, SDG-4.
  • International Corporation Development Education Program Pack for family full development and corporation development… A/RES/41/128, Rights to (Anthropocentrism - Anthropic) development-UN.
  • Preventive Healthcare Education bundle:  The Preventive Healthcare FEC bundle is designed for family eudaemonia: the complete happiness-healthiness prosperity of families concordant to Sustainable development goal 3, United Nations.
  • International Law (Education and Development) is the initiative-inaugural for rights-based approach to development for families, also stated in the new approach to international development as the combination of four concepts: capacity building, human-rights, participation and sustainability…as stated in A/RES/41/128 Rights to Development Art. 1.1, United Nations, “the right to development is an inalienable (unforfeitable, Not subject to forfeiture) human right…”
  • Internationally recognized Global standards for functional Literacy, from Basic Education Programs (Language Literacy, Digital Literacy, Information security Literacy) through Postindustrial to Organizational Development.
