THE INTERNATIONAL FRAMEWORK OF THE PECE PROGRAM PECE is the most advanced Technical-Vocational, and Occupational industry-based early-child education program the world over, following the application and employment of the right to education (UDHR Article 26 part 2 that highlights the direction of education as the full development of the human personality), and the right to development (A/RES/41/128 Article 2 part 1 that evinces the human person as the central subject of development).
